In celebration of Women’s Month, Pure Form partnered with Kindred, a modern women’s health clinic focused on holistic and preventive care, for a special TikTok LIVE conversation titled “Women in Progress.” The collaboration was rooted in a shared belief: women deserve better access to credible health information, supportive care, and open conversations about their bodies.
The session also marked one of the first conversations under Pure Form Studios, an initiative where Pure Form brings together industry experts, medical professionals, and advocates to discuss important topics in wellness and everyday health.
Hosted by Nina Ellaine Dizon—founder, mom, and author, as well as a long-time Pure Form user and advocate—together with Dr. Marianne Go, FPOGS, FPSUOG, FAAA, OB-GYN at Kindred, the live explored topics many women experience but rarely discuss openly—from the invisible pressures women carry to understanding hormones and the role of preventive care.
More importantly, it reinforced a simple idea: progress begins with awareness—learning to listen to your body and seeking guidance when something doesn’t feel right.
The Invisible Pressure Women Carry
The conversation began with something many women immediately resonated with: the mental load.
Balancing work, relationships, family expectations, and personal goals can create constant pressure. As Dr. Marianne explained, chronic stress doesn’t just affect emotional well-being—it can also influence hormonal balance, sleep quality, metabolism, and reproductive health.
For women navigating conditions like PCOS, stress can play an even bigger role. Chronically elevated cortisol—the body’s primary stress hormone—can disrupt hormonal balance, contributing to symptoms such as irregular cycles, fatigue, and metabolic challenges.
Because of this, managing stress becomes an essential part of supporting hormonal health. Dr. Marianne highlighted the importance of regular movement, adequate rest, and intentional stress management practices as part of a balanced routine.
The discussion also touched on supportive tools that can complement these habits. Supplements such as Pure Form Magnesium + Ashwagandha can help support relaxation and the body’s stress response, while Pure Form Melatonin Complex may help regulate sleep cycles when schedules become demanding. Pure Form Lion’s Mane + Ginkgo Biloba was also mentioned for supporting focus and cognitive clarity during periods of mental fatigue.
Still, Dr. Marianne emphasized an important reminder: supplements should never replace understanding the root cause of a health concern. While they can support specific symptoms, long-term progress requires identifying and addressing underlying lifestyle or hormonal factors.
The key takeaway was simple: strength should not mean ignoring your own needs.
Understanding Hormones & Cycle Literacy

The conversation then shifted to something Nina Ellaine believes many women were never properly taught: cycle literacy.
According to Dr. Marianne, the menstrual cycle is often considered a vital sign, offering valuable insight into overall health. Changes in cycle length, missed periods, or unusually heavy bleeding can sometimes signal underlying concerns related to stress, metabolism, or hormonal imbalance.
Nina also reflected on her own journey navigating PCOS.
She shared how her perspective on health has evolved over time. The Nina she was in 2018—focused on hustle culture and constant productivity—is very different from who she is today. As a founder, mother, and entrepreneur, her priorities have shifted toward something simpler but more meaningful: feeling healthy, balanced, and present.
As part of managing her hormonal health, Nina incorporated Pure Form 40:1 Inositol into her routine. The formulation follows the clinically studied 40:1 ratio of myo-inositol to d-chiro inositol, together with 400 mcg folic acid, to help support ovulation, regulate cycles, and promote ovarian health for women managing PCOS.
She also shared that she prefers the powdered format, which can easily be mixed into a daily drink—making it easier to stay consistent compared to capsule formats that often require several pills a day.
The discussion also touched on the connection between gut health and hormones. Dr. Marianne explained that the gut microbiome plays a role in hormone metabolism, which is why supporting digestive health with solutions like Pure Form Pre+Probiotic for Women can complement broader hormonal wellness practices.
Ultimately, both Nina and Dr. Marianne emphasized that supplements work best as supportive tools, alongside medical guidance and sustainable daily habits.
Preventive Care is Key
Preventive care isn’t only about planning for pregnancy—it’s about understanding and caring for your body at every stage of life. Regular consultations and screenings help identify potential concerns early and provide clarity around what is normal for your body.

In the Philippines, thousands of women are diagnosed with cervical cancer each year, despite it being largely preventable through early screening—highlighting the urgency of getting checked.
Dr. Marianne emphasized the importance of taking ownership of your health. Being able to make time for regular OB-GYN consultations, screenings, and cycle tracking. Choosing to get checked is a deliberate step toward understanding your body, with clinics like Kindred supporting women through every stage of that process. As women, we only have one body, and taking charge of our health is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves.
Many women delay these conversations because health concerns can feel intimidating to discuss. Many are also used to pushing through discomfort or putting off check-ups, but these are often the moments when care matters most. Seeking guidance early allows women to better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.
Awareness shouldn’t stop with the individual. Friends, partners, and family can play an important role in recognizing when something feels off and encouraging one another to seek care.
Health conversations can feel difficult—but they don’t have to be faced alone.
Why Women’s Month Matters
Women’s Month is often a time to celebrate strength, resilience, and progress—but it’s also a reminder of the gaps that still exist when it comes to women’s health awareness and access to care.
For many women, conversations around hormones, cycles, and reproductive health are still delayed, dismissed, or normalized as something to simply “push through.” Creating space for these discussions is not just about awareness—it’s about giving women the information and confidence to take action, ask questions, and seek the care they need.
Because real progress isn’t just about recognition—it’s about making informed choices, prioritizing your health, and feeling supported every step of the way.
Continuing The Conversation
One of the most meaningful parts of the Women in Progress live was seeing women openly share their experiences and questions in real time.
Through collaborations like this with Kindred, Pure Form hopes to continue creating spaces where women can access credible information, ask questions, and feel supported in their health journeys.
Because progress doesn’t always mean having everything figured out. Sometimes progress simply means listening to your body and taking the first step toward caring for it.
